When we started working together Mak at Dentistry on Queenston was struggling with consistently bringing in patients into their clinic. They were dealing with patients without insurance who didn't have much knowledge of dental procedures. We developed a strategy to target and bring in more patients. This involved creating a unique list of their ideal patients and using that as a basis for finding their ideal, most profitable patients. Using their in house patient data along with our proprietary database of 10M+ contacts we were able to target exactly the type of people that would be ideal fits for their clinic.
Our first campaign didn't get much response, however we quickly brainstormed with Mak and our team to find a better angle. We were able to come up with a unique and competitive offer that had never been seen in their local market. As soon as we launched the second campaign the response was noticeably greater. We were generating leads for their clinic for $10 - $20 per lead. With a modest ad budget of less than $40 per day we were able to generate 2-3 leads per day. However the real impact came from people who saw the ads but didn't click directly and called the clinic directly asking about the offer. Both of their receptionists were busy with people inquiring about the offer approximately 10-15 inquiries every day. They didn't have the capacity to handle the volume of inquiries and decided to pause.
